Mulled Wine Recipe

12 whole cloves & 2 nutmegs (cracked) put in small steeping bag. 2 bottles dry red wine, 1/2 c. sugar, zest from 2 oranges and 2 lemons, 3/4 orange juice, 1/2 lemon juice and 2 cinnamon sticks.

Combine all (non-aluminum pot) and heat on medium low until steam starts “do not boil”, remove steeping bag and keep warm on low heat until ready to serve. Garnich with citrus zest if desired and enjoy.
